Fresh Broccoli Salad

This one is super simple and really tasty. Plus, Broccoli is packed full of goodness: Vitamin C which is a natural antioxidant and can aid your immune system when eaten as part of a healthy diet, Vitamin k, iron and high in fibre.




Ingredients


1.5kg Broccoli chunks, lightly steamed

190g red onion, diced

50g flakes almonds, lightly toasted

100g raisins

For the dressing:

60g mayonnaise

60g honey

15ml cider vinegar

60ml yoghurt

Salt and pepper to taste
