1.5kg Broccoli chunks, lightly steamed
190g red onion, diced
50g flakes almonds, lightly toasted
100g raisins
For the dressing:
60g mayonnaise
60g honey
15ml cider vinegar
60ml yoghurt
Salt and pepper to taste
