NUTRITION

Our simple premise is to bring people together to enjoy fabulous fresh food, that is good for you too. We love keeping your minds and bellies happy and we are conscious of the growing demand for even more enticing healthful dishes.

Our menu reflects this with all dishes prepared by our head chef Michael McKernan using fresh natural ingredients, and techniques which preserve taste and nutritional value. Our team of chefs use whole, minimally processed foods, specifically lots of plant foods, including the freshest of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, seeds and nuts. We pay special attention to food quality, with many of our daily ingredients sourced locally from the best growers, farmers and suppliers.

We have developed many more plant-based dishes, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. In fact, we like to think of ourselves as the ‘friendly face’ of plant-based eating in Dublin. Animal products aren’t off limits of course, and neither are freshly-made indulgent treats.

Our aim   To be the top of your mind for innovative, nutritionally collated and delicious dishes, free from additives, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours. Come, eat with us.

Our philosophy is that what is good for the body must also be good for the planet. Click here for more on sustainability.

Switching to a plant-based diet not only health benefits - it can help protect the environment as well. When we adopt a more plant-based diet we tend to have smaller environmental footprints.

Adopting sustainable eating habits can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption and land used for factory farming, which are all factors in global warming and environmental degradation.

Studies confirm that the largest environmental benefits come from diets containing the least amount of animal-based foods such as vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian diets. This doesn’t mean we need to cut out red and white meat, fish, eggs and dairy but for many of us it means giving plant foods more room on our plates.
