Learn about what you are putting in your body and what the benefits of these foods are.

Try to eat by the season and shop local where possible. The ingredients will have a lot more flavour.
5 - Try new things
New ingredients, new dishes and new places. Step outside your comfort zone and explore!
6 - Don't skip breakfast
Breakfast kick starts your metabolism and helps you to be alert throughout the day. Make sure you always eat a nutritious breakfast, like our morning glory muffin or pinhead oatmeal porridge.
7 - Keep active
Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be as active as you can. Up and at ‘em!
8 - Drink more water
Water is an essential part of your diet. Drink plenty of water and avoid empty calories from things such as fizzy drinks, energy drinks or juices with added sugar. Eat your calories don't drink them.

While we sleep our bodies have that all-important time to repair.
10 - Buy foods at KC Peaches
The most important tip of all! Honestly though, we rotate our menus seasonally meaning all of our ingredients are always at their freshiest and are therefore healthier and tastier. We don't use preservatives or colourings in our dishes.
