Our chefs support local seaonal produce, they love it when the seasons change and they get to create all new dishes for our stores and catering sites using the season's best. They work closely with our vegetable suppliers to ensure we are always getting the freshest produce which in turn makes it tastier and healthier of course.
From the 1st of March we will have all new dishes in the stores, as well as the 'KCP favourites' which we have all year round, no matter what! The new seasonal dishes have been created around the following Spring veggies; Fennel, Peas, Leeks, Spinach, Kale, Mint & Spring Onion.
Our self service buffet menu has a total of 13 salads as well as 11 hot dishes on rotation. We always ensure our menu has a selection of gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options. We've discovered through talking with you, our customer, that these dietary options are really important.

The great thing about rotating our menus every season is we get to learn about the benefits that come with eating these new fruits & veggies.
