Today we were very proud to be volunteering with Barnardos Children Charity. Some of our staff - Alina, Stacey, Jessie and me (Doireann!) spent the day organising gifts and hampers for Children and their families in the Dublin 15 project. Doing work like this really opens your eyes to the reality of things this time of year.
This time of year is great for Michéal and all our chefs when it comes to options on seasonal vegetables.
There are so many fresh seasonal ingredients to work with, it's allowed us to rotate our hot dishes on a weekly basis.
This way, you never get tired of our wholesome healthy dishes and there is even more to choose from!
The seasonal veggies to look out for on this menu are; beets, sprouts, cauliflower, kale and mushrooms.
Honey is for the Bees! #VeganFriendly
While preparing for our new menu the kitchen got into a small discussion around honey and whether it's vegan or not. After asking our twitter followers we got clarity that honey is not vegan and can be easily substituted with Agave. So we've done just that!
Our new menu has a total of 10 vegan dishes as well as 12 Dairy Free, 13 Vegetarian and 15 Gluten Free.
We work hard each day to ensure we have a range of dishes to suit everyone.
